A Walk on the Wild Side

Hey folks! Another busy week has flown by.  I swear every other day it feels like we are writing this blog.  This week we had the pleasure of finally using one of our Christmas gifts from last year and spending the weekend at the Kalahari Resort with some of Gabby's siblings.  We had a fun weekend full of swimming, eating, and watching sports.  We can definitely tell that fall is on its way.  Unfortunately the week had more rain than sunshine but we made the best we could out of it.  Please enjoy this weeks photo-set.

Rain Drops Keep Falling On My Head

Hey guys,

Week seventeen has passed.  We enjoyed our week at home, barely leaving but to go to the grocery store.  Of course, that was just Anna and I, Evan worked his butt off.  We got some much needed rain around these parts and Anna got the chance to run around in it.  She didn't want to come back inside!  Now we're back to our crazy busy lifestyle.  Tomorrow we are off to the Kalahari Resort in the the Wisconsin Dells to have a weekend with my siblings (expect for Danny (next time we'll make it happen!!)).  This trip was our Christmas gift from mom and Dan, and a great one at that!  We are excited to take Anna swimming.  Be sure to check back next week for pictures!  Until then, enjoy this week's photo set.

Fall is coming soon

Hey guys!

Wow.  I know we say it every week, but man, time is going by way too fast.  It feels like we just posted lasts week blog and now here we are again.  This week was weird.  Evan was gone on his head coach retreat so Anna and I just hung out and enjoyed some Anna/Momma time.  It was wonderful, but we are so happy to have Evan back.  As most can tell, the seasons are beginning to change so we have been doing everything in our power to get outside and enjoy what is left of the non-wintery weather.

Please enjoy this week's photos.  And don't mind the extra photos from today, we just loved them all!!

The Week of Champions

Hey guys,

Week fifteen has come to an end. it was a glorious week! The weather was amazing so we definitely enjoyed playing outside and visiting a local park. Then, as most people who know us already know, we went to the Packers vs. Saints game! The game was awesome. It kept us on our toes and was a rowdy good time. And the crowds were insane! AnnaBoo stayed with my parents and we missed her so much. But she did make an appearance at Lambeau Field! We took her picture before we left for the game, printed it, and she got her first ( and I am quite sure, not her last) picture at the Mecca! We apologize for the day late post but we find it acceptable as we didn't get home until 4am this morning!

This next photo marks our 100th day! Taaadaaaah

For archival purposes, besides backing up our photos on two hard drives, we have started printing them. Here is the first batch.

The week of discovery

Hey trusty followers,

This is an odd occurrence here on the blog, I, Evan, am actually home and able to treat you with this weeks words of wisdom. I have been a bit MIA lately due to my store opening and haven't had much time to even take a second and relax. I would like to thank my lovely family for the support over this last little bit and love them dearly for putting up with me. I worked over 90 hours in a 7 day stretch and a few days off didn't come soon enough. It is amazing how much your body can stand. We were able to get right back in the swing of things and go on a few adventures as well. Great, great, great, great discovery is the place we plan on hosting our wedding ceremony this upcoming year. We could not be more excited on the location. Picture Yellowstone's waterfalls and Wisconsin's great north woods all bundled into one!!!! I can say I was missing snapping photos so I took full advantage of being home. After 3 rolls of medium format film, 500 pictures on my new camera, and 75 mosquito bites, I present to you this weeks photo set.
